WORK ETHIC: In a day when some inspectors are cutting corners by not entering crawl spaces and walking on roofs we promise that in every safe instance we will enter the crawl space, attic, and walk the roof.  How can an inspector look for water leaks under the toilets and bathtub/shower drains if they refuse to crawl under the house?  How can an inspector look at the chimney and roof cap if they do not get on the roof?
